Introduction

Welcome to DottzGaming.com’s Magicka Necromancer DPS PvP Build, Horror, for the Elder Scrolls Online! This build is intended for PvP of all kinds: battlegrounds, Cyrodiil, and Imperial City. This build can be played in both CP and no-CP pvp without any changes to the build!

The magicka necromancer has lost its ability to run the harmony style, so we needed to change back to a more traditional ranged style of MagCro. Unfortunately, whenever I’ve tried to run a regular MagCro, even with all the stat augementations in the world it never felt like the class was able to output enough damage. So for this build, we went for as many non-stat based augmentations as possible, while still providing enough spell damage to help the damage of our monster set and augment our healing.

Keep in mind that PvP builds are very personal. This is what worked for ME. If you don’t like something about it, change it to fit your playstyle.

Other Important Info

Buff Food

Bewitched Sugar Skulls: Maximum Health, Magicka and Stamina

Mundus

Atronach – Increased Magicka Recovery

Race

Breton – Definitely the best race for magicka necromancer in PvP. Magicka Necromancer does not have the best sustain, and playing as a Breton prevents us from needing to run a sustain set on our build due to the 7% cost reduction and extra magicka recovery. Besides the great regen, we also get a big boost to our magicka and a ton of extra resistances.

Potions/Poisons

Essence of Health (Restore Health, Magicka and Stamina)
Bugloss, Columbine and Mountain Flower

Passives

Class (all), Light Armor (all), Heavy Armor (all), Medium Armor (all), Destruction Staff (all), 1h and Shield (all), Mage’s Guild (all), Psijic Order (Clairvoyance and Concentrated Barrier), Undaunted (all), Racial (all), Alchemy (Medicinal Use), Assault (all), Support (all except the first), Fighter’s Guild (all)

Tips & Misc.

You want to maintain Grave Lord’s Sacrifice to keep your damage on the build high. Your goal is to weave light attacks with Ricochet Skull to proc Kjlanar’s, and time the stun with your synergy from Boneyard or Dawnbreaker for big burst. Otherwise, just maintain Elemental Susceptibility and Degeneration on your opponents.

Defensively, maintain the Spirit Guardian and Summoner’s Armor on yourself for the defensive and sustain capabilities. Besides that, utilize Resolving Vigor for a heal over time and for Minor Resolve, and use Resistant Flesh for a burst heal.
