Introduction
Welcome to DottzGaming.com’s Magicka Arcanist Healer Build PvP, Runeweaver, for the Elder Scrolls Online! This build is intended for PvP of all kinds: battlegrounds, Cyrodiil, and Imperial City. This build can be played in both CP and no-CP pvp without any changes to the build!
Arcanists make fantastic healers for PvP! They’re very tanky, bring tons of utility, and great healing over time! This build focuses on bringing out the strengths of the Arcanist healing kit, while also bringing the utility for a large raid group via its gear sets.

Gear Choices
Ozezan the Inferno: This monster set adds a lot of extra power to your HoTs, allowing them to heal more and give your teammates extra armor. Combined with Transmutation, your HoTs greatly boost your groups defensive capabilities.
Transmutation: Gives a massive amount of critical resistance by healing someone with a HoT, which helps prevent sudden influxes of damage from being put on yourself and others. If someone in your group is already running this, or if you’re playing in a small group and people are using Rallying Cry, this set can be subbed out for other options like Gossamer, Spell Power Cure, Sanctuary or Hiti’s Hearth depending on your preferences and group composition.
Shacklebreaker: Helps give us strong resource pools as well as sustain them. This is one of my personal favorite sets because of how well balanced of a stat spread it gives your character, and it helps round out the stat pools of this build incredibly well. If you feel the stats from this set are unnecessary, you can run a defensive set instead like Mara’s Balm.
Attributes
All points into Magicka.
Skills
Front bar – Restoration Staff: Healing Springs, Radiating Regeneration, Evolving Runemend, Tidal Chakram, Inner Light, Glyphic of the Tides
Back bar – 1h/Shield: Reconstructive Domain, Elusive Mist, Runeguard of Freedom, Cruxweave Armor, Recuperative Treatise, Aggressive Horn
NOTE: Feel free to run Energy Orb if your group wants the synergy for resource restoration.
Vampire vs. Werewolf vs. Mortal
We are playing vampire for this build. At first i thought vamp would be a huge negative to the build, but after playing around with it, I find it offers a ton of value. Ideally, you would want to be able to run stage 3 for undeath, but if you have trouble sustaining, run stage 2 or 1 (just note that you wont be as tanky).
Champion Points
The list below showcases the order in which champion points should be acquired, the number of points you need to place into that perk and whether or not it needs to be slotted in the CP bar. The Warfare CP perks increase your damage and mitigation and are the most important, the Fitness tree has some miscellaneous sustain and defensive perks and the Craft tree has crafting and non-combat bonuses. The Craft CP points are entirely customizable to however you want, or you can follow the list below.

Tips & Misc.
- You want to apply Healing Springs and Radiating Regeneration onto your allies, as well as maintaining Reconstructive Domain, to maximize your HoTs on your teammates. After that, you’ll primarily be using Evolving Runemend for a burst heal and Runeguard of Freedom for the minor resolve. Use Tidal Chakram to consume crux and give your allies a shield that heals them as long as it persists!
- Maintain your personal buffs and debuffs to maximize the build’s tankiness and healing capability.
- Glyphic of the Tides is your primary defensive ult for when teammates go down, while Aggressive Horn is going to be your primary offensive ult. Use whichever ult is required in each situation.
