Introduction

Welcome to DottzGaming.com’s Stamina Templar DPS PvE Build, the Knight, for the Elder Scrolls Online! This build is intended for all levels of content: normal and veteran trials, normal and veteran dungeons, and general PvE!  This build has extremely strong Single Target and AoE pressure with the abilities we have at our disposal, but we also bring some great group utility and the minor fracture debuff as well!

Gear Explanations

Relequen: A new set added in the Summerset chapter, this has become a staple dps set for stamina damage dealers.  The buff that it provides is very strong and it is our go to set currently. If you do not have access to Summerset or do not like this set for whatever reason, I recommend using Hunding's Rage in its place, which is an extremely solid set that provides a great stat spread for DPS.

Berserking Warrior: This set is amazing for boosting our critical chance through the roof. Between the major savagery from Biting Jabs, this set, and the fact that we are in medium armor, you will be hitting critical strikes constantly! If you are looking to pair another set with Hunding’s though and want a setup that doesn’t require trials gear, I recommend using Briarheart in this slot; this will give you a big boost to your weapon damage and provide some healing.

Velidreth: A great stamina dps monster set. The proc shoots out 3 orbs that deal really good damage, and the one line of weapon damage is really nice to help boost damage overall. If you cant get Velidreth, I recommend using Stormfist.

Attributes

All points into stamina.

Skills

Main Bar – Dual Wield: Biting Jabs, Rending Slashes, Power of the Light, Resolving Vigor, Blazing Spear (Flex), Flawless Dawnbreaker

Back Bar – Bow: Rearming Trap, Razor Caltrops, Endless Hail, Poison Injection, Restoring Focus, Ballista

Vampire vs. Werewolf vs. Mortal

You are playing a mortal for this build. Werewolf doesnt offer us anything we need for the build since it takes up an ultimate slot where we have better choices, and vampire, while not a bad choice, will make us a bit too susceptible to fire damage. Vampire is a good choice though if you feel you’re struggling to sustain, but I personally dont run it.

Resource Management & Rotation

Use Restoring Focus pre-fight.

Rearming Trap > Razor Caltrops > Light Attack > Endless Hail > Light Attack > Poison Injection > Weapon Swap > Light Attack > Power of the Light > Light Attack > Rending Slashes > Light Attack > 4x Biting Jabs > Light Attack > Power of the Light > Weapon Swap

ULTIMATES: Use Ballista in single target situations, and Dawnbreaker in AoE situations. Weave them into your rotation as they come up, but make sure it’s while you have power of the light up to maximize your damage. Re-cast Restoring Focus as needed, and use Blazing Spear if your group-mates need the synergy for resources.
