Introduction
Welcome to DottzGaming.com’s Stamina Warden Build PvP, Sting, for the Elder Scrolls Online! This build is intended for PvP of all kinds: battlegrounds, Cyrodiil, dueling, and Imperial City. This build can be played in both CP and no-CP pvp without any changes to the build!
My stamina warden for the longest time has been a character I honestly havent been the biggest fan of. With the Deadlands patch, my goal was to create a build for my Stamden that I actually enjoyed playing and made me want to log in and play the character and wasnt just the same-old same-old warden builds people see all the time, and this build accomplishes that. This build is an elusive bow-focused setup that can deal a ton of damage from range while keeping opponents at a healthy distance with its skill and set combinations. With our chosen setup, we also make up for one of the bows biggest weaknesses: penetration, allowing us to get through our opponents defenses and deal our damage. This build isnt a long-range squishy one-shot style build. It brings an extremely balanced damage profile between burst damage, consistent pressure with multiple forms of execute damage, on top of having respectable tankiness so that if someone does get to you, they’ll have a tough time getting through your defenses. This build is a bit different, but it’s an absolute blast and I’ve found a ton of success with it!
Keep in mind that PvP builds are very personal. This is what worked for ME. If you don’t like something about it, change it to fit your playstyle.

Gear Choices
Pirate Skeleton: This set is extremely effective for giving us a ton of defense off of just a monster set. While this set isnt as great as it used to be due to the changes to major protection, it still brings a boatload of defense for minimal drawback. With Pirate Skeleton, we will have both major and minor protection present in the build, giving us a ton of effective tankiness off of these two buffs! And with the warden passives, we can heal through the defile this set gives us with no issues.
Spriggan’s Thorns: This set helps us mitigate one of bow’s biggest issues: penetration. This area that bow builds typically suffer from is made up by Spriggan’s, which allows us to get through our opponents defenses. The Spriggan’s 2-4 set bonuses are also fantastic, making this a great main damage set bonus for the build!
Eternal Hunt: This set is a throwback! Eternal Hunt hasnt seen meta play for an extremely long time but I think it actually has a good place on this build. This set provides us with 2 primary bonuses: sustain and strong kiting ability. With this set, the build’s innate movement speed and Magnum Shot, we are able to put a TON of distance between ourselves and opponents trying to chase us, allowing us to stay at range and keep firing damage at our opponents.
Caustic Arrow: The master’s bow offers us a lot of additional damage for having Poison Injection maintained on our opponents! Since we only really need Eternal Hunt while we are kiting defensively on our back bar, this set is perfect for the front bar, giving us the extra damage when we need it!

Tips & Misc.
- Maintaining your Ice Fortress, Rally and Shuffle is going to be key to maximizing your tankiness, damage and sustain. Be sure to stay mobile on this build as well; you’re a bow build after all, so you want to stay away from opponents. Utilize your eternal hunt dodge roll and magnum shot to keep opponents back.
- When you need to go defensive, refresh your Rally for the burst heal! If Rally was recently refreshed and wont be much of a heal, use Soothing Spores into a Resolving Vigor. This will give us a burst heal along with proccing our Green Balance Passives, increasing the healing of our vigor!
- Your primary goal offensively is to maintain Growing Swarm and Poison Injection on your opponents. Fire off Focused Aim at your opponent and as they get low, use the Wild Guardian’s ability to execute them. With this build having Poison Injection and the pet execute, enemies will have a very hard time recovering once their health gets low.
