Introduction

Welcome to DottzGaming.com’s Necromancer Healer PvE Build, Everlast, for the Elder Scrolls Online!

This is a healing build using the new necromancer class brought to ESO via the Elsweyr expansion.  Its goal is to provide strong healing while having the lasting power to keep the heals going.  It also achieves a better diversity of healing skill choices to get the job done.

Skills

Enduring Undeath Radiating Regeneration Combat Prayer Intensive Mender Braided Tether Life Giver
Remote Totem Overflowing Altar Elemental Drain Energy Orb Spell Symmetry Renewing Animation

Front bar – Restoration Staff:

  • Enduring Undeath – Cast at a corpse of a slain enemy or your dead pet.  Big area of healing that stays longer with more corpses.
  • Radiating Regeneration – Since the Healing Springs adjustment, this skill winds up healing for a bunch. Cast this on cooldown to keep the party topped off.
  • Combat Prayer – Use this to buff your groups damage 8%.  Best to use this once on cooldown.
  • Intensive Mender – A healing summons.  Keep it up always for the Necropotence Buff.  Creates a corpse to help with Braided Tether or Enduring Death.
  • Braided Tether – Amazing heal that needs a corpse.  Use it and spam Spell Symmetry to gain back all your resources while moving around and healing your group.
  • ULT – Life Giver– With the low ultimate cost, use when multiple people are low.

Back bar – Destruction Staff:

  • Remote Totem – Mainly used for the 8% damage reduction buff.  The fear effect on mobs is a plus.  Gives access to Reusable Parts passive on the backbar.
  • Overflowing AltarConjures a fountain of blood to apply Minor Life Steal to enemies in the area, healing you and your allies for 600 Health every second when damaging them.|Your allies can also activate the Blood Feast synergy to heal themselves for 65% of their Max Health.
  • Elemental Drain – Giving Major Breach and restores group Magicka.
  • Energy Orb – Small heal that returns resources to group members every 10 seconds when they synergize.  Spam these 3 times in dungeons, more if in a trial.  Use Spell Symmetry to get your own resources back.
  • Spell Symmetry–  This is the main skill to keep your huge Magicka pool up.  Cast it when you get low and target a corpse with Braided Tether to heal yourself back up.
  • Ultimate – Renewing Animation – This expensive ultimate will instantly resurrect 3 dead group members and give you a boatload of Magicka and Stamina per person rezzed.

Race

  • Breton (for the magicka recovery and cost reduction)

Potions

Tri-Stat (Bugloss, Columbine and Mountain Flower) or Spell Crit (Cornflower, Ladys Smock, Water Hyacinth)

Passives

  • All in: Class, Destruction Staff, Restoration Staff, Light Armor, Mage’s Guild, Undaunted and Racial
  • Passives that dont require 5 pieces worn in Heavy and Light Armor
  • Medicinal Use from Alchemy

Tips & Misc.

  • Always keep your pet up.  It gives you the necro buff and is an awesome fire and forget healer which is omni-directional.  When it dies, use the corpse for Enduring Undeath if it’s not up already or Braided Tether if you need resources.
  • Try to use Remote Totem before the pull as it will only generate aggro once the totem appears after a slight delay.  This will give your group the damage debuff when there are quite a few adds to kill.
  • Keep your group buffed with Combat Prayer.
  • For massive resource generation, stand in your own Enduring Undeath, with pet up and Braided Tether to a corpse.  Alternate casts of Energy Orbs and Spell Symmetry to throw out resources to your group.  The orb cost will be reduced and you’ll heal up quick from all the passive healing.

Remember, this is a build guide to help others.  Using these strategies work for ME.  Please use what works for you as you see fit.  ESO is a game about choices.
