Welcome to DottzGaming.com’s Solo Magicka Necromancer Build PvE, The Conjuror, for the Elder Scrolls Online! This build is intended for playing solo PvE content, such as questing, public dungeons, Maelstrom Arena, etc.! This build focuses on summoning a ton of fire-and-forget pets, allowing you to build your own personal army while exploring the world! My goal with this build was to create a magicka necromancer build that could play solo effectively, but had strong thematic ties to the class’s identity!

Gear Set Explanation
Maw of the Infernal: This monster set plays perfectly into the goal of trying to summoning as many fire-and-forget pets as we can! The Infernal summon gives a targetable pet that deals solid AoE damage and adds another body to the battlefield and another soldier in your army!
Coldharbour’s Favorite: Another summon focused set, you summon Honor to either heal or deal damage based on your actions. This versatile summon can help you based on your needs at the time, and plays perfectly into the build’s theme!
Necropotence: An amazing set for any build focused around pets – which this build is – Necropotence gives us a massive boost to our magicka pool as long as we have a pet up (which we always will)! This is an unparalleled damage-increasing set for any build that runs pets.
All points into Magicka.
Main Bar – Lightning Staff: Hungry Scythe, Stalking Blastbones, Degeneration, Unnerving Boneyard, Elemental Blockade, Glacial Colossus
Back Bar – Lightning Staff: Skeletal Arcanist, Harness Magicka, Intensive Mender, Deaden Pain, Summoner’s Armor, Ravenous Goliath
Vampire vs. Werewolf vs. Mortal
You are playing a mortal for this build. We dont need any of the skills that either of these skill lines offer, so we remain as a mortal as to not suffer any drawbacks.
The list below showcases the order in which champion points should be acquired, the number of points you need to place into that perk and whether or not it needs to be slotted in the CP bar. The Warfare CP perks increase your damage and mitigation and are the most important, the Fitness tree has some miscellaneous sustain and defensive perks and the Craft tree has crafting and non-combat bonuses. The Craft CP points are entirely customizable to however you want, or you can follow the list below.

Resource Management & Rotation
- Maintain Degeneration, Unstable Wall of Elements, Unnerving Boneyard, and Skeletal Arcanist.
- Maintain Summoner’s Armor at all times to help keep you tanky.
- Use Deaden Pain every time there are corpses near you to generate ultimate, give you a HoT and major protection!
- If none of your DoTs need to be refreshed, you want to light attack weave with Death Scythe or heavy attack if you need magicka.
- If you know a boss/mob is going to deal a big amount of damage, use your Harness Magicka to defend yourself and use Deaden Pain. Also, making sure to have the Mender pet up in case your shield goes down will help alot to get a nice big heal!
