Introduction
Welcome to DottzGaming.com’s Stamina Warden Werewolf DPS/Support PvE build, the Altruist, for the Elder Scrolls Online! This is not a meta build and was created to provide decent DPS while distributing buffs to yourself and group members and debuffing mobs to make them easier to kill. Its focus aims to give those who have issues with DPS rotations (i.e. light attack weaving) a chance to be more competitive in a group environment.
What this build can and cannot do:
- Overworld questing: A+ – provides excellent killing speed and mobility
- 4 man dungeons: A+ – will provide everyone with buffs
- Trials: B – Buffs will hit only 4 people, massive debuffing still exists. Good for normal trials. Untested in vet trials at this version of the build.
- Solo overland World bosses: D – Damage is there, but survivabilty is not. Difficult in most cases. Bring a group.
- PVP: F – Not applicable.

Main Bar: (Daggers)
Shrouded Daggers – For the Major Brutality mostly. Nice damage to 3 targets. The slow helps with soloing.
Razor Caltrops: Keep this on cooldown. It gives 157 weapon and spell damage to allies for 15 seconds. On crit will proc Night Mother’s Gaze, lowering many target’s resistances.
Blood Craze: Nice bleed and self heal. It’s low cost makes this spammable on multiple targets.
Leeching Vines: Toss this up once every 10 seconds to give party members Minor Toughness if they heal from a mob that has been debuffed.
Bird of Prey: This recently changed skill now gives a flat 8% damage buff due to Minor Berserk just by slotting it. I also use it if I get low on stamina or need to get somewhere quickly.
Ultimate: Pack Leader: This was actually a late edition to the build. The 15% stamina recovery buff is really nice and helped a lot (I play Khajiit). Just be warned that by going into this form you will no longer to able to buff your group members. (except through some werewolf passives) Yes, even an Altruist needs to be a little selfish sometimes. Plus being a furry leapy boi is hellafun.
Back bar: (Bow)
Poison Injection: The bow execute. Use on mobs at less than 50% health. The real low cost makes this spammable at the end of fights.
Endless Hail: Excellent range area of effect damage and debuff machine. Place this on large adds packs and watch your group melt them.
Acid Spray: Yet another area of effect debuffer with additional poison damage. The slow is nice and keeps mobs in your Endless Hail.
Echoing Vigor: The back bar heal which in this build also buffs your party’s power. I use this preemptivelty to pulls in dungeons mostly.
Bird of Prey: Again… 8% damage. Enough said.
Ultimate: Pack Leader: Double barred basically for the 15% recovery
Vampire vs. Werewolf vs. Mortal
Werewolf is obviously being used on this build, since it is a werewolf build.
